- Is it possible to modify a reservation ?

- Is credit card online payment totally secured ?
Yes absolutely. Paybox system with ReserviT is 100% secured.
- Are Pets admitted ?
Not at all. Pets are not admitted at the Alpine Lodge Residence.
- Airport transportation
Even though there are many private and semiprivate companies maintaining services between the Geneva Airport and Les Contamines Montjoie, such as Alpybus, ChamExpress, Mountaindropoff, etc. We have found that Ouibus -Ouibus - www.ouibus.com/ provides the most frequent, economical and convenient service directly to Les Contamines. The bus stop is immediately in front of the Alpine Lodge.
- Hybrid vehicule charge stations
The Alpine Lodge has hybrid vehicule charge stations into the indoor parking garage as well as outdoor. For indoor parking please reserve your space when making your reservation.
The Alpine lodge provides indoor and outdoor parking areas.
Indoor parking can be reserved and will be pre assigned. Charge is €30 per week in summer, and €40 per week in winter.
No additional fee for use of charge stations.
Outdoor parking is free of charge. It cannot be reserved or assigned, is on first come first served basis. 4 spaces are available on site and additonal parking areas are available alongside the street in front of the lodge (no restrictions). There is a public parking lot within 100 meters of the Alpine Lodge.
